At DLC – Dayal Ladies Corner, your satisfaction is our priority. As our products are carefully curated and inspected, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide an exchange option in specific cases to ensure your experience remains positive.

✅ When Is Exchange Allowed?

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • Wrong size received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Incorrect item received

📌 Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address

  • Once the product passes our quality check, the exchange will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days

❌ Products Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered garments

  • Minor color variations due to screen lighting
